Price of £35 per person applies for Sunday to Thursday nights, and £45 per person for Friday and Saturday nights.

A minimum of 30 guaranteed guests is required to secure exclusive use of the event room.

£10.00 non-refundable deposit per person to be paid on confirmation

Full balance is due 28 days prior to arrival. Balance is due immediately if booked within 28 days of arrival.

Cancellations are permitted up to 28 days prior to arrival for cancellation with no charge.

After 28 days prior to arrival and full balance has been paid this becomes non-cancellable.

You can add to your booking at any time (subject to availability), but if you need to reduce numbers, you will not receive a refund and your deposit cannot be transferred to cover drinks, accommodation or any other services

If we have to cancel a party or change the entertainment, you will be informed and will be offered an alternative event or a refund.

Table lay-outs, table sizes and room plans are at the discretion of the hotel, as this is impacted by numbers attending each event. Every effort will be made to accommodate specific requests but guarantees are not possible.

All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.

We reserve the right to change the specific room location of an event if necessary, while still providing the menu and entertainment listed.
